Darksyde
German style dark lager. This beer is a personal favorite of our brewer. Pouring dark ruby red in colour, this beer has upfront coffee aromas and chocolate flavors imparted from imported German de-husked roasted malt. The subtle bitterness from the Noble German hop varieties creates a dark lager that is similar to stout without the heaviness.

American IPA
This is our take on an American style IPA, packed with Columbus, Simcoe and Centennial hops for maximum aroma and a sensible bitterness level which allows the large quantities of malt used to shine through for a well-balanced beer for how big and bold it is..

Belgian Blonde Ale
Amazingly easy drinking, considering the higher alcohol content! Brewed with European malts and dashings of Magnum and Perle hops creates a lovely malt background flavor with a gentle hop aroma, all of this combined with a Belgian Abbey yeast strain which brings a distinct spicy and fruity ester to this beer..
